Product introduction and features
GDL multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is a new generation product designed and manufactured according to JB/TQ6435-92 standard based on excellent pump models at home and abroad, combined with user requirements and fire-fighting standards. This type of pump adopts a vertical segmented stainless steel shell structure, so that the pump inlet and outlet are located on the same horizontal line and have the same diameter, and can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It also concentrates the high pressure of multi-stage pumps, the small footprint of vertical pumps and the convenient installation of pipeline pumps. At the same time, due to the use of excellent hydraulic models, it also has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, etc., and the shaft seal adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal, no leakage, and long service life.
In order to better meet the requirements of users, our company has also developed the GDLS type with the outlet located at the top. The inlet and outlet can be installed in different relative positions (0°, 90°, 180°), which is extremely convenient to use. In order to enable users to use this type of pump more safely and reliably, our company has specially developed a disassembly structure type. In addition to all the advantages of GDL and GDLS, it provides you with a more convenient, quick and labor-saving way to replace wearing parts such as mechanical seals, making this type of pump more worry-free to operate and maintain.
Scope of application
This type of pump is mainly suitable for the circulation and pressurization of hot and cold water in high-pressure operation systems, parallel water supply of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings, fire protection, steel furnace water supply and cooling water systems, and the transportation of various washing liquids.

Working conditions
1. This pump can transport clean water or liquid with special chemical properties similar to clean water.
2. Liquid temperature: -15C- +120C.
3. Working pressure: Maximum working pressure <2.5MPa, that is, system pressure = inlet pressure + pressure when the valve is closed <2.5MPa; .
4. The ambient temperature is lower than 40C, and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%;
5. When transporting corrosive media and hot liquids, please specify when ordering so that special materials can be used to meet the requirements.
