Zhejiang Renxiang Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly Hangzhou Jiajie Special Pump Factory) was founded in 1999, which is one of the earliest professional manufacturers engaged in the production of special pumps in China. Its current business has covered all parts of the country, and its overseas business is also expanding rapidly. Therefore, it has established a perfect marketing service network. At present, there are nearly 100 after-sales service outlets in China, striving to meet the needs of the domestic and foreign markets. The company mainly deals with Renxiang brand products, including single screw pumps, fluorine plastic pumps, slurry pumps, magnetic pumps, self- priming pumps and metering pumps. The products are widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, petroleum industry, electroplating, environmental protection, filter press, paper making, printing and dyeing, food industry, sewage and wastewater treatment, and many other fields, winning unanimous praise from customers.

Types of Slurry Pump
Horizontal slurry pump
The horizontal slurry pump is always installed on the ground. It is the most common type of slurry pump in different applications. Suitable for electric motor or diesel engine drives
Vertical slurry pump
The vertical slurry pump is designed in some half-dry situations like sump and pool, its pump body is always underwater while the engine is above.
Submersible slurry pump
The whole submersible slurry pump system work underwater, operating directly in the slurries, with no additional support superstructure
Slurry pump advantanges are as follows
1)High concentration, volume concentration reach to 60%, weight concentration reach to 70%;
2)Comprehensive performance is good, high head: Long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 120m, and can be used in series to satisfy much higher head requirements;
3)High flow rate capacity: Can be reached 3400m3/h;
4)Good passing ability:Gravel pump max passing particles size is 380mm;
5)Diameter size:Outlet size from 1" to 22"
6)Widely application: All slurry, mud and bad corrosive medium can be transported, widely used in industry of mining, electrical power, metallurgy,coal, construction etc.
7)High corrosion, abrasion resistance widely material optional: Metal flow parts including:A05 (Cr27Mo),A33(Cr30MoNi)A49(Cr30MoNiCu)and rubber material etc. PH value 1.0-14.
8)Our company passed ISO certificate and all of our pumps pass CE certificate, comply with international standards.
9)Driving engine of motor and diesel are available;
10)Kinds of driving method satisfy different space need on site: CR, CZ, CV, ZV;
Order Related Tests
Hydrostatic pressure test
Hydrostatic pressure test based on clean water at ambient temperature,test pressure is 1.5 times on design pressure.
Performance test
Measurement according to ISO9906,accuracy class∥,acceptance class2B.
Raw material inspect
Spare and casting parts inspection,to ensure the reliability of the whole machinery.
Vibration test
According to ISO5199,vibration lightness level is controlled at class A.
Temperature test
Test the temperature rise of bearing,and keep records.
NPSH test
According to ISO5199 standard.
