Product Introduction
RUB Corrosion-resistant and Abrasion-resistant Mortar Pump is a cantilever single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump,which is specially designed and developed for transporting corrosive media containing fine particles. The pumpis made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE),which is the latest generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps.Its most prominent advantages are that it has the best wear resistance,impact resistance (especially low temperature impact resistance),creep resistance (environmental stress cracking resistance)and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.

Application

Design features
The pump is a cantilever type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump,using steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance.RUB corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump series products are specially designed for transporting corrosive media containing fine particles or crystals.They are manufactured by steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene molding process,with excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance.The structure is designed as cantilever front open type,and the impelleris semi-open type(no front cover),whichenhances the passability in the flow channel,so that the particles and impurities in the medium can quickly pass through the pump chamber without blocking.The shaft seal is a K-type fluorine rubber sealing ring with a cooling water jacket,which takes into account the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.This series of products are well received by users in metalsmelting,titanium dioxide,fine chemicals,chemical fertilizers and other industries.According to the customer's special corrosion resistance or temperature resistance requirements, fluoroplastic lining can be used,and non-standard models with special flowand head can be customized.
