Product Introduction
FSC single-stage single-suction fluorin plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (referred to as FSC centrifugal pump)is designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metal pumps.
The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46),the pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped with fluorine plastic and sintered and pressed as a whole,the shaft seal adopts externally installed advanced bellows mechanical seal,the static ring is made of 99.9%alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride),and the dynamic ring is made of tetrafluorine filling material,which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.The import and export of the pump are reinforced with cast steel body to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.Practical use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance,wear resistance,high temperature resistance,no aging,high mechanical strength,stable operation,advanced and reasonable structure,strict and reliable sealing performance convenient disassembly and maintenance,and longservice life.
Operating conditions
- Liquid temperature:-20℃~+120℃
- Flow range:See pump parameters
- Maximum head:See pumpparameters
- Maximum media density:135x10kg/m³
- Ambienttemperature:up to+40℃
- Highest altitude:3000m
- Maximum system pressure:10bar
* When thespecific gravity and viscosity of the liquid conveyed by the pump arelarge, the shaft power will rise,so a motormatching the shaft power must be used.
Application
- The productis suitable forthin liquids without solid particles and fibers;
- Petroleum and chemical industry;
- Pharmaceutical,pesticide,pickling,dye industry;
- Paint industry; Smelting,papermaking,electroplating industry;
- Suitable for any concentration of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid,sulfuric acid,hydrogenine,chloricacid,phosphoric acid,aqua regia and other acids,alkali,salt solutions,strong oxidants,organic solvents and other strongcorrosive media.
